Gifting Terms

1. Overview

Nebo's gifting program is how the people who believe in Nebo bring others in. When you share your personal gift link, the person you invite gets a head start — bonus tokens on top of their free signup grant. And when they start using Nebo, you get thanked with tokens too. There is no cap on how many people you can invite. Every referral counts. These terms govern how gifting works, what you earn, and when tokens expire.

2. How Gifting Works

The gifting process is simple:

  • You share your personal gift link with someone.
  • They sign up for Nebo and receive 3,000,000 tokens (standard signup grant) plus a bonus 1,000,000 tokens from your gift — 4,000,000 tokens total.
  • Once the recipient uses at least one token, you receive 3,000,000 tokens as a thank you.
  • There is no limit on how many people you can refer. Every successful referral earns you 3,000,000 tokens.

3. Token Expiry

All bonus tokens granted through the gifting program expire 90 days after they are issued. This applies to both the recipient's bonus (1,000,000 tokens) and the sender's reward (3,000,000 tokens). Standard signup tokens are subject to their own expiry terms. Expired tokens cannot be recovered or extended.

4. Token Value

Tokens are non-transferable. They cannot be sold, traded, transferred to another account, or redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation outside of Nebo. Tokens may only be used within Nebo to access AI services. Any attempt to sell, auction, transfer, or broker tokens is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination. Nebo reserves the right to adjust the services available for tokens at any time.

5. Champion Milestones

Everyone who shares Nebo is a Champion — someone who believed in something and chose to bring others in. As the number of people you have championed grows, Nebo takes notice. Milestone recognition is earned, not purchased, and reflects the real impact you have had on the people around you:

  • Believer — 3 referrals: You trusted Nebo enough to share it. That is where every movement begins.
  • Supporter — 10 referrals: You keep going. That says something about your character.
  • Advocate — 25 referrals: You are speaking for something now. People are listening because of you.
  • Champion — 100 referrals: One hundred people have access to AI because you opened the door. Nebo will reach out to you personally.
  • Ambassador — 1,000 referrals: You did not just share Nebo. You helped build something. Your name belongs in this story.
  • Founder — 10,000 referrals: You are part of how Nebo came to matter. That is permanent.

6. Eligibility

To participate in the gifting program, both the sender and recipient must have verified Nebo accounts. Each recipient can only be gifted once — duplicate gifts to the same person or device do not qualify. The recipient must be a new Nebo user who has not previously created an account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonus tokens and suspension of gifting privileges:

  • Creating fake or duplicate accounts to claim gift bonuses.
  • Using automated tools or scripts to artificially inflate referral counts.
  • Gifting to your own accounts or devices.
  • Any form of fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the gifting system.

8. Changes to the Program

Nebo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the gifting program at any time. Token grant amounts, expiry periods, and milestone recognition may be adjusted. Any changes will apply to future gifts only — tokens already granted will honor their original terms.

9. Relationship to Terms of Service

These Gifting Terms are supplemental to Nebo's Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service take precedence. Participation in the gifting program constitutes acceptance of both these Gifting Terms and the Terms of Service.
